From Austin to Florida, and from Redfin to PASS
I’m a Texan born and raised (🤘HOOK ’EM🤘), but my husband and I moved from the Austin area to beautiful Florida 10 years ago.
My real estate journey started back in 2017. My husband and his brother were flipping homes, and with their encouragement, I got my real estate license to sell their properties (my background before that was in property and casualty insurance). Eventually, I joined Redfin, where I spent 8 wonderful years growing through many different roles. Just last month, I decided it was time to leave the corporate world behind and leap into entrepreneurship! I launched my own Transaction Coordination business, Premier Agent Support Services (PASS), and have a coordinator school coming soon. This transition gives me the total freedom to assist my agents with the genuine love and care they truly deserve.
I like to say that we give the gift of time back to agents. So many agents spend their nights and weekends buried in paperwork, chasing deadlines, or rushing to send out addenda from the road. With us, they can spend more time with their clients and growing their business (and breathe a little easier).
Plus, let’s be honest: most agents can’t stand paperwork! But me? I actually love it (yes, you read that right)! 📝❤️

Our divo, and Kayla’s sweet baby
Our sweet baby, Pogo, a maltipoo, is 15 years old and has provided my husband, mother and my late father with a lot of laughter over the years. We rescued him when he was about 3 years old from a student at UT who kept Pogo in the bathroom while he went to class.
He’s the smartest dog I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a few, totally a dog person here). He knocks at a door when he wants to enter a room when it’s closed (doesn’t matter if someone is in the room or not). I swear he can understand English (and it’s totally selective, he doesn’t like being told no), not just a word here or there, but full-on sentences. It truly freaks me out.
He’s never happy with just hanging out with his Momma (me), because as soon as I get him on the couch next to me he jumps down a few moments later in search of his Dad. Just a dog and his boy. But when he’s not feeling well, I’m the only person he wants.
He’s blind in one eye, starting to go blind in his other eye, and pretty sure he’s going deaf as well. But you’d think that’d stop him? Not at all. He’s still playful as ever and very demanding. When it’s time to eat… it’s… TIME… TO… EAT. He’ll stare you down, stomp his feet and give all the “snarfs” until you give in. Yup, he’s our divo and I wouldn’t want it any other way. ❤️
