Getting around is easy: SR 417 and SR 528 run along the edges, Narcoossee Road runs through, and the airport is minutes away.

Do I need an agent to buy new construction in Lake Nona?
You don’t have to, but the builder’s sales team represents the builder. Having your own agent usually costs you nothing, since the buyer’s-agent commission is covered on the builder’s side, and you get someone on your side for the contract, upgrades and inspections.
Are there CDD fees in Lake Nona?
Some Lake Nona neighborhoods are in a Community Development District (CDD), which shows up as an extra line on the property tax bill. Florida law requires sellers to disclose it. We check it for every home you look at.
How far is Lake Nona from the airport?
Orlando International Airport is typically under 10 minutes away by car.
